I saw two laying down in the nest in the darkness earlier. When I checked back a few hours later there was only one being fed by the adult. Maybe the one that fledged ate first, as it hasn't come back for food as far as I can tell.

There are two juveniles there this morning, laying side by side, facing opposite directions. However, there is a note in the forum saying:
"boy went to their flight next 30/7/2010 at 5:04" - so I think that means one fledged early this morning.
Lower it says:
"Another boy is still starting blocks"

Yes one fledged at 5:04am and returned at 7am.

Good news. Naturally, I never get up early enough out here to see anything really happening there. I looked last night, but they were all happily feeding on the nest.

Well, I missed that, too. Not that I lack for wildlife around here:-).

Nest was empty when I checked just now so second one must have fledged too.

Oh, no! I guess the season is almost over. There will be nothing left to look at. Most of the storcks are fledged, too.
