||We've been so lucky this season, (compared to last season) New York power failure, heavy rains, etc. I am spoiled.....Cam has been down since 5:30pm. Nothing serious I hope. How will these chicks get through tomorrow without us watching them!

||They will not exist without us...at least in the cyber world :-)

||Yes that CAM is down I have been trying for the past 30 mins...and before I went out BIRDING this afternoon at 3pm.

||There appears to have been a network problem between the computer with the camera and the machine serving the video. It started shortly after 5 pm local time yesterday. Both machines were functioning, but the camera machine would lose the connection shortly after starting a new cycle. Since I noticed it after dark, I decided to wait until the morning to contact CableVision. Logs indicate that the network problem lasted about 8 hours (I see 15 attempts to connect, which happens at the beginning of each half hour cycle). Everything appears to be back to normal now.

Aren't the LINUX certified Canada Geese still in the area to help?:~)
Seriously, thanks for all of the great efforts by DPOF in keeping things intact throughout the season. It is very much appreciated.
