Shelley 04/19/04 07:00 am ROFLMAO!! 6:58 am. Starling standing ON the nest, stealing twigs from Betty's nest, RIGHT UNDER HER NOSE!! But Betty sits serenely watching.....possibly cursing under her breathe, "Listen, you little twit, go get your own building materials or I'll have you for breakfast!"

Starling looks up, makes eye contact and takes off, twigs in beak.....
Cecilia 04/19/04 10:31 am Okay...you have to tell me what ROFLMAO stands for...I am clueless :-)
Shelley 04/19/04 12:16 pm (rolling on the floor, laughing my @$$ off)

Heehee. Ahem ;-)
Cecilia 04/19/04 01:17 pm It's a whole new language out here ! Last year when Mickey used LOL I thought it meant Little Old Lady :-)
Kathy 04/19/04 01:24 pm I know what you mean Cecilia, my 16 year old niece
is teaching me all the "computer lingo"
She updates my list often. LOL
Celeste 04/19/04 07:10 pm I was too embarrassed to admit I don't understand this computer lingo, after all, us "baby boomers" are supposed to be very cool, or is that time over for us now?! "lol"
Shelley 04/19/04 08:24 pm Hey, I'm a baby boomer, too and believe me, I had to learn the hard (read:embarrassing) way, myself! In fact, on one of the boards I frequent, we made a game of it. Someone had posted *CYE* to me and I had no idea what that meant. So I started *guessing*: "can you eat", "could you elaborate", "confused, yet educable", "cute yet empty-headed", "covering your *end*", "cute yellow emoticon"????......

Then everyone chimed in, it was so finny. One of the best was "cool your enchilada"!
Oh, it actually means "check your email"! ;-)
Kathy 04/19/04 11:08 pm Thank you Shelley for "CYE" I'm sure my niece doesn't know that one. This time I will teach her something and I will be the cool one. LOL
