Pam 08/19/05 02:48 pm ... for anyone with this malady there is an osprey on the nest at
http://128.128.32.108/view/view.shtml and two ospreys on the nest at :
http://128.128.32.108/view/view.shtm
as I write :))))
Pam 08/19/05 02:50 pm The bird on the nest at Woods Hole is the one with the distinctive head marking i.e. two dots in two white patches at the back of the head - like the eyes on a butterfly's wings !
Anne 08/19/05 05:46 pm Thanks Pam, lovely to see a youngster again. I presume this is one that hasnt fledged yet.

Is the second url correct, as I am getting the 'Not found' message when I try it?
Pam 08/19/05 06:06 pm Sorry - try:

Pam 08/19/05 06:32 pm That error sums up my day really - I took a whole series of captures (good ones I thought) without the cam turned on !!!! Managed to get quite a few finally I think. All birds have fledged from Woods Hole and Connecticut now - three from each nest. I actually saw the three on the Con. cam when one of them brought in a fish and that was the spectacular shot that got away I'm sorry to say ! Have had our cam on top all that time but no sign of our birds today - just a few mocking birds. Going off to Orca-Live now for a few minutes before bedtime. See you tomorrow !
Pam 08/20/05 07:50 am Well, it's the next morning now and no new posts on the message board. I understand there have been difficulties posting so hoping this gets through. As I write: no bird on our nest but a pair at Woods Hole (with fish) and a pair at Connecticut (with fish). Will try and publish some captures later on that I took yesterday.
Tiger 08/20/05 10:42 am Pam see it is mating time for jumbos again! :)
