Thread subject: Update on Martha Vineyard birds from Rob Bierregaard

||In case you're wondering, I haven't given up mapping our Ospreys.
They're just not moving. Two birds are in Cuba, and Homer's still on
the Shenandoah R. in VA. And the server at the University, where the
website lives, is down for a while with some equipment malfunction.
I'll let you know when we're back on the air (and hopefully the birds
will be in the air as well!)

||Wonder what all this rain will do to Homer.....hope he can move on and get on the right "path".

||I cant view the page. Can anyone else?

||Looks like when they brought the server back up they lost some information. I went to uncc.edu and did a search for Bierregaard and followed the link their own search engine supplies which should have gotten me to at least the bird of prey page - that one doesn't work, either. I filled out a problem report for the webmaster

||Nope, I couldn't get there either - just tried. But Karen said in her message that the bioweb server was down, and we'd be notified when it goes up again. So my guess is that it is still down... hopefully the osprey will have made progress by the time it goes back online again!

||They've got something patrially up because before you couldn't even get a connection to the server - now you get at least the UNCC main page.

||The pages are back up and functioning again
