Tay 03/25/05 11:48 pm I was just checking in at cam and I see looks to be osprey on the cam perch and can hear owl hooting in the background. Its really lite up tonight. Really neat:)
Lori 03/25/05 11:53 pm Moons Full tonight Tay..... all sorts of mischief going on up here! :-)
Kathy 03/26/05 12:00 am I guess we had another "late" night person watching with us.
Marie 03/26/05 12:25 am Well they are really at it again tonight.......those geese are insatiable.....beautiful moon lit night again......no osprey on the cam arm it seems to me tonight.
Cecilia 03/26/05 12:29 am 12:22 and the geese are up and squawking...something must have disturbed them as they slept on the water. There is also a lot of car traffic noise that I'm not so aware of in the daytime...it sounds like a racetrack. My God, who would have thought the wetlands could be so busy after midnight!!! No GHO, just airpalnes and train whistles...and no Ospreys sleeping on the cam perch...
cathy 03/26/05 12:43 am Its amazing how bright it is there. Perhaps some dogs are barking. I was hoping to see something dramatic, but if it happened, I missed it. May tomorrow be a successful fish day for the ospreys.
Matt 03/26/05 12:48 am Well it is close to mating season for the Geese which makes them more vocal to anything that comes by. I had one goose charge my car this morning. Apparently he thought my car was going after some female he wanted. Good thing he didn't hit my car.

There are houses nearby so you'll hear the cars, dogs, etc....
