Thread subject: ENGLISH Connection on Weds.
Name Date Message
Marie 04/25/05 05:46 pm As you know Tiger , myself and Pam, the English Connection, will meet on Weds in Leicester. By noon we, on English time , should be safely at Pam's , tongues a wagging. I have just got off the phone with pam a little while ago and the green-light is on....oh we are going to have such a great time...
Tiger 04/25/05 05:54 pm Hope we actually get to see an osprey.
Nancy L 04/25/05 06:01 pm This has nothing to do with ospreys, but if you 3 could decide if there is a best season for walking (hiking) in England; ie: least rain, my daughter would like to know the best time to go. Thanks
Shelley 04/25/05 06:36 pm Can't wait for the full report(s), you three...! On my desk by 9 am, the next day!

Extra marks for pictures, you know....;-)
Lori 04/25/05 08:47 pm Wishing you all lots of sunshine & many osprey sightings! Enjoy :-)
Sheri B 04/25/05 11:56 pm It is awesome that you three are all meeting. What a great website this is, and what amazing people. Have a GREAT time.
Celeste 04/26/05 05:33 am Looking forward to that "report"...Enjoy!
Kathy 04/26/05 11:19 am Have a great time!! Don't forget the pictures!
Cecilia 04/26/05 11:24 am I agree with Shelley...bonus points for pictures :-) Have fun and I hope you do get to see ospreysat the same time!
Pam 04/26/05 11:51 am I hope the weather will be better tomorrow - it is absolutely throwing it down here this afternoon. I think we have what the DPOF nest had two days ago. Perhaps if everyone concentrates their thoughts on willing the weather to improve it might work. Otherwise I can see us sitting in a rainsoaked carpark, looking over an expanse of water with no sensible bird in sight!!
Marie 04/26/05 02:22 pm Don't worry Pam, here in London I was sitting out in the sunshine the past two hours, albeit dodging some clouds and thoughly enjoying the warmth. It certainly was raining cats and dogs earlier...Just got my other ticket to St Pancras station from this area, as the Northern line is having problems so won't travel that way tomorrow. Can't possibly miss the connection at St.Pancras. Don't want to miss linking up with TIGER either, now do I.???
