Thread subject: Who's who

||Ok, who's who? I can't tell the difference between #1 and #2 anymore. Anyone have any ideas?

||I think that the one on the right is #1 and the other one is #2.

||It is very difficult now to tell who is who. Somehow I figure the quickest one to the fish is the oldest as it has greater manouverability due to the fact it is two days older...any one else agree with that? ALSO it is likely the chick who bullies the other chick that will be the oldest. In other words one has to sit around and stare at the screen to really get a ''clear picture'' of who is who now!

||I also assume the bolder one is #1

||If you happen to catch them side by side it appears to me that the older chick's tail feathers are a tad longer and wider than the younger one. They are more filled in and whiter. This worked well for the Friends of Blackwater triplets. Hope it works for these guys/gals!

||Friends of Blackwater Eagles that is!

||Today I noticed that the younger chick has a much more pronounced white spinal coluumn line down its back. The older chick's line is patchy in places in comparison.

||Yes Marie they are at the ugly stage now.
Yes Cathy I agree with you about #1 tail feathers are a bit longer.
But I think that the whole envelope of #1 is bigger.
