Melanie 03/29/10 06:18 pm That seal looks so forlorn. Did you hear that there has been a coyote tramping around Central Park lately? They have been trying to catch it for a while - they finally chased it down and will relocate it.
Melanie 03/29/10 06:19 pm I can hear Pale Male now telling Lola "I'm not kidding honey - he was THIS big!"
Celeste 03/29/10 06:20 pm Wow, the Hudson River. I know they can be seen off Jones Beach here on the Island. I forget to check the site and I'm glad you saw this particular set Marty...thanks!
Celeste 03/29/10 06:22 pm Yep the coyote was finally caught by a friend of my son's. This same NYC cop also helped the passengers off the plane that landed in the Hudson.
Tim P 03/29/10 06:45 pm A seal was in the carmens river aprox 2 1/2 weeks ago. I spoke to people who saw in laying on a dock at the beaver damn landing.
Marie 03/30/10 12:13 pm such a sad face to that seal....is it unusual to see a seal in that area?

Great pics as usual from Lincoln
Nancy L 03/31/10 11:08 am It's not that unusual, since I've seen Lincoln's photos of seals in the Husdon in previous years.
