BETH-OH 07/15/10 10:35 am Blog info:
The Osprey nest has been successful and there are three chicks. The male and the female will be busy now bringing food to the nest, as the young get ready to flex their wings. Last year they left the nest in late August so we should have several more weeks to observe them.

BETH-OH 07/15/10 10:40 am Sorry about the Osprey misspelled in the header :(
I just copy and pasted the blog info and didn't
check spelling.
martyc35 07/15/10 12:33 pm Wow, Beth, so late in the season to be starting a nest, and then to have such scenery as a plus. An interesting choice for these ospeys. Thanks for pointing it out.

Pam 07/15/10 12:52 pm Thanks very much for that link Beth. I have put it on favourites to view when I have more time. We have been lucky enough to visit Glacier a couple of times. The scenery is absolutrely stunning and the Going to the Sun road takes your breath away. I was really scared the first time we did it. Dennis pointed up some vertical mountainside at a tiny little ribbon winding up to the sky and said "That's where we're going". I have never been so scared. I have some wonderful memories of our trips to USA and Canada. Glacier is on both sides of the border between the two. I would love to go back some day but don't suppose I ever will.
Lyn 07/16/10 03:53 pm Great cams in a really beautiful park. I checked them out and couldn't say which I like better!
