I just read this news on the bear website. The programmes are well worth watching :)
This just in: The current plan is for all three episodes of "My Bear Family" (new name) to air on Nat Geo Wild Channel at 8pm EST on Wed, June 8th. This could change but is most likely the way it will premiere. Please let the Lilypadders know. Warm regards, Tedâ (the producer from the BBC).

Thanks Anne. They were good programmes. Watching the presenter go from being totally afraid of bears to feeling really comfortable with them was very interesting. Definitely worth viewing or re-viewing.

I so enjoyed watching the activity in the Lily den...it kept me glued for hours some days. These cameras are such a great asset in understanding these wonderful creatures.I plan on watching NG.

Oh thank you Anne. I always wish that more of the programs that you have would make it here faster.
For example, I'm waiting for the new episodes of Doc Martin which I understand is being filmed right now:-)

It will be worth the wait Celeste. Strange that they're running all three episodes together though - a marathon viewing event!

That's great! The Minnesota Bear Center has done a terrific job of mobilizing people to learn about bears by their daily reports, the web cam, and youtube videos. Suddenly I am more informed than I ever was about black bears. I look forward to watching the National Geographic wild TV show about it. Thanks for the alert.
