Pam 06/15/11 10:29 am Just today and tomorrow to view the BBC Springwatch cams...wonderful quality on full screen views. I particularly like the Buzzards and the Oystercatcher. Only found out yesterday that they can be viewed in USA and Canada:
Springwatch cams
Celeste 06/15/11 11:25 am They are nice! Raining hard, and I like you can watch all at one time! Thanks Pam!
Pam 06/15/11 01:00 pm If you just looked in Celeste, then you picked a quiet time. They have been really interesting.
Celeste 06/15/11 01:06 pm Though it is still raining, the nest with the buzzard chicks is sweet, and the icing on the cake is the sounds of sheep below, and a beautiful chirping bird that I can't identify. Oh and I just heard a cow!
Pam 06/15/11 01:14 pm WOW a COW :-)))
Pam 06/15/11 01:17 pm By the way, this is only a very short distance from where Tiger and Daisy visited the Ospreys recently.
martyc35 06/15/11 01:43 pm Pam, you are funny. COWS in the UK? How's the fox doing? I had the usual raccoon here last night (every night, actually), but the other night he was accompanied by a small possum. First of those I've seen in my yard. No skunks yet, though. Possums are such homely critters. Even the babies aren't cute.

Pam 06/15/11 04:55 pm Marty, we were a bit worried because we didn't see the fox this evening but Dennis just went out to check and the meat bone we put out has gone so we are guessing she must have been. Glad we don't have skunks !
Pam 06/17/11 05:37 pm I just took one or two screen caps from the Springwatch videos, couldn't resist it !
Buzzard and Oystercatchers
It all seems over so soon and I feel they could have at least left the cams on for another week. Sorry to have been so late linking you to it but hope you caught something of interest. We will be taking a week's holiday near there in August so hope to get some nice pics. I would like to get some good ones of the Choughs.
