Thread subject: Images for a hot summer's day
||07/19/11 10:59 pm
||As we brace for the blistering heat wave that is coming our way here in Toronto on Thursday and Friday, [temps in the high 30sC, with a humidex equivalent in the high 40sC!! GAK!! (that's well into the 100 teens, in F)], I thought it might be a nice idea to think cool. So here is my contribution to the cause. Actually, this is quite beautiful and I thought it might help, if only a bit. I could do without the political message at the end but since I agree with it, I guess it's ok, right?
I have no plans whatsoever to leave my house at all until that blast furnace outside abates.

||So cute! Stay cool Shelley :)

||Oh I loved it...thanks so much Shelley. I am passing it on to my Looney friends in Minnesota and Carolina, where they have all been suffering from intense heat and humidity, making their lives a misery in the last few days.

||Wonderful Shelley, thank you!!

||Fabulous Shelley...I really enjoyed this and the Music is wonderful...
The YouTube site and sample music of Mike Rowland is very uplifting too. Try the ANGEL Delight track...awesome.
My kind of beautiful, ethereal listening music. Sends my spirits up up and away...lighter than air and soaring like a bird on the wing.
Enjoy...those of you that need to' FLY ' today...
Turn up the volume...fill your room with this beautiful sound... relax and let it transport you to another realm where PEACE can be found....

||Thank you, Shelley. It's most enjoyable, even here where it never gets hot. Wish you all could be in the Pacific NW during these times. LINK

||That was just what I need today. Truly moving. Thanks Shelley!
