Thread subject: Estonian osprey feeding
Name Date Message
Shelley 07/21/12 02:38 pm right now. And such a scene: sun is setting, casting a gorgeous golden glow on the nest. Parent just brought in a fish and everyone is happy (well, except for the smallest osprey who is just being patient until its piggie siblings finish their meal)
Shelley 07/21/12 03:09 pm Just out of curiosity, I had a peek at camera 2 on this Estonian site. It looks like the city dump of Ospreyville, lol! And the third drop-down, a nest from Latvia, looks totally abandoned, rather sad. But that cam 1 is priceless!
Lyn 07/22/12 01:00 pm Isn't it just something how there is little to no sibling rivalry!? I always look to check the little guys crop and it looks well filled, so I guess by waiting for his turn it's working out.
vickinish 07/22/12 03:23 pm Looking at the forum for the Latvian cam it appears that the young have fledged but they are still returning frequently. There is a screen capture from today with young on the nest.
