||Way too early, but there's a pair at Patuxent River Park (any excuse to call Greg ;-p) that arrived on Feb 13 - a record. And just got a call from a friend across the Bay in Chestertown MD saying they have one on their creek.

||Wow! that's early. And I was just going to say less than a month to go --- but I guess I'll keep my eyes alert (as if I don't always!)

|| phrasing that is being used is this is the earliest record they have seen them in possession of a platform as opposed to a random sighting that could just be passing through.
Pray for a nice spring.

||Excellent they have arrived. Hopefully there won't be too many blizzards any time soon!
There are 2 platforms I know of in my country, 1 pair had eggs 2 weeks ago, the other pair was on the platform practicing.
