Trishrg 07/30/15 04:02 pm I haven't checked in here for a while but did today. FIrst post I saw was Paul's "Help is on the way."
Read thru the page and I guess one of the chicks is caught up in something on the nest. Might be a tricky effort.
Hoping all goes well.

Anne-UK 07/30/15 04:07 pm I just read the same thing on the WoW Woods Hole thread. Apparently it's got fishing line tangled round it's leg preventing it from moving.
It's going to be a tricky rescue job I think. It's a very high nest, looks very windy out there today and the juvies must be very close to fledging.
Fingers crossed for a successful outcome.
Trishrg 07/30/15 07:46 pm Looks like they did a successful operation and the chicks cooperated. WoW forum posts start here:

Celeste 07/31/15 04:59 am Gosh, I'm glad I read this today when all went well!!!!!! Thanks Trish:-)
Anne-UK 07/31/15 05:20 am They cleaned the cam lens while they were up there too. Nice views of two healthy looking juvies this morning :)
Youtube has a video of yesterday's rescue - Link
Kathy 07/31/15 11:27 am Glad it turned out well and they cleaned the lens.
Anne-UK 08/07/15 02:15 pm First juvie fledged this morning. It sounds like C2 is pretty close to going too.
